Who We Are.

Project 1440 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping at-risk youth within our community and surrounding areas. We believe that every young person — regardless of their past or circumstances — deserves a real opportunity to grow, heal, and thrive.

We proudly accept court diversion referrals, serve children involved in the Juvenile Detention/Diversion (JDD) system, and welcome private referrals from families, schools, and community partners. No matter how a young person finds their way to us, we meet them where they are — without judgment.

At Project 1440, we are firm believers in second chances. Whether a young person is navigating the justice system, struggling in school, dealing with difficult home situations, or simply searching for direction — our doors are open.

Every. Minute. Counts. — and Project 1440 is here to make sure not one is wasted.

⚖️

Court Diversion Referrals

We partner with courts to provide an alternative path for at-risk youth — keeping young people out of the system and on the right track.

🏛️

JDD Youth Services

We serve children within the Juvenile Detention/Diversion system, providing mentoring and life skills to help them build a better future.

🤝

Private Referrals

Families, schools, and community organizations can refer youth directly to our programs — no court involvement required.

🌟

Second Chances Welcome

We are here for anyone who wants to do better — because we believe every person deserves the chance to rewrite their story.

"We are here to help anyone that wants a second chance."

— Project 1440

Serving those who need
a champion in their corner.

Project 1440 is a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting at-risk youth and the autism community. We believe every child — regardless of circumstance or neurodiversity — deserves access to resources, support, and opportunity.

Investing in Every
Young Mind.

Project 1440's Mentoring Program is built on one simple truth: every young person deserves a champion. Our evidence-based program pairs teens with dedicated mentors who help them navigate life's toughest challenges — from the classroom to the home, from identity to independence. We don't just support youth through today's struggles; we equip them with the mindset, skills, and character to shape a powerful future. Because the minutes we invest in young people now will define the lives they lead for decades to come.
